Saw some brilliant animals at the Tendring Hundred show. Best had to be the Alpacas. They had just been shawn, apart from their heads. The protects them from the sun. It also is an extreme way of having a short back and sides.

Right, so I’ve been advised to cut out wheat. Thing is I think this is what I live on. There are going to be loads of benefits, but what am I going to do without bread? And I’d just got a taste for Wheat beer too.
Any reciepe advice would be greatly received.
