Really? How stupid. On the one hand we have the most CCTV cameras in the world and now we can’t share our location with people that we know. I suppose there is nothing in it for the governement. Did google refuse to give them all the info?

I’d consider the work around, but that would involve rooting my G1, which I don’t fancy doing. Not yet anyway.

I have an unlocked UK G1.
because I am using LUXGSM as my provider and not T-Mobile UK latitude works !!!!.
I believe there is also a workaround to enable latitude for T-mobile UK users.

BBC iplayer doesn’t work as it uses Adobe Flash player, however, as the iPhone has an app downloads files in the form of MOV(?) there are always possibilities eh?
